What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or product issues resulting from a defect in the materials used in the production of our whiskeys. This includes any defects in the whiskey’s taste, smell, or appearance due to the manufacturing process.
What is Not Covered by the Warranty?
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper storage, handling or use of the whiskey or any damage caused by external factors such as accidents or natural disasters.
How Do I File a Warranty Claim?
If you believe your whiskey has a manufacturing defect or are dissatisfied with its quality, please get in touch with our customer service team. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our website.
The customer service team will review your claim and, if necessary, provide instructions on returning your whiskey. Once we receive your whiskey, our team will inspect it for any manufacturing defects and take appropriate action, depending on the findings.
What Happens After I File a Warranty Claim?
Once we receive your whiskey, our team will inspect it for any manufacturing defects. If we determine that the whiskey is defective, we will repair or replace it. If we determine that the whiskey was not defective, we will not provide any compensation, and the whiskey will be returned to you.
How Long Does the Warranty Last?
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects for one year from purchase.
Does the Warranty Cover International Customers?
Our warranty covers all customers, regardless of where they purchased the whiskey.
Mays Whiskey Corporation (“Mays Whiskey”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from purchase, and its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase.
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty applies only to Mays Whiskey products purchased from Mays Whiskey or an authorized retailer. Mays Whiskey products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow Mays Whiskey’s policies and procedures.
Mays Whiskey reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers about products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should submit a claim to Mays Whiskey via email, which can be found here. Mays Whiskey will repair or replace a defective product covered by this limited warranty.
There are no warranties that extend beyond those indicated herein. Any implied warranties that may apply to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Mays Whiskey be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
