My name is Jack Cave, and I’m a whiskey enthusiast, author, and connoisseur. Growing up in Scotland, I always had a passion for whiskey and the unique flavor profiles it produces. From the first time I tried a single malt, I was hooked. I wanted to learn more about what made whiskey so special and why it tastes the way it does.
This curiosity led me to pursue an education in whiskey production, distilling, and tasting. With each discovery, I found my passion for whiskey grows. After years of study, I began writing about whiskey, sharing my experiences and opinions with others.
